Can I purchase a GranPal visit for my parent?
Absolutely! Our gift options are designed to make it easy to give a parent, grandparent, or loved one personalized technology assistance at home.
How does my loved one use their gift?
Their GranPal eGift card arrives by email. They simply call or get in touch to schedule, and we apply the gift card at their visit. Gifts purchased at our package amounts are honored at the package rate — a $499 gift covers three 90-minute visits, and a $799 gift covers five. They can check their gift card balance anytime.
Does my loved one need to be a GranPal member?
No. Every first-time customer receives complimentary GranPal membership, with preferred pricing on future standard visits. There are no membership fees or subscriptions.
Do all three or five visits need to happen at once?
Not at all. Multi-visit packages are designed for separate appointments, so your loved one can schedule help as they need it.
Can I buy a gift if I live out of state?
Yes! You can purchase a gift remotely for someone who lives within GranPal’s service area.
Can I join my parent’s appointment?
Of course, with your parent’s permission. You’re welcome to participate in person or help communicate their technology goals ahead of time.
What if my parent isn’t sure what they need help with?
That’s perfectly fine. We can start with a friendly conversation about the devices they use and the questions they’d like answered. We’ll help prioritize what matters most to them.
